Gift cards will be carefully packaged and sent directly to your loved ones through mail or courier services. A $10 fee for courier or mailing will be applied.

General Shipping Policy
Our shipping charges are based on standard shipping within the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Items ordered will be processed and sent out for same day delivery, the business day after your online order is placed. Shipping outside of the Kitchener-Waterloo area may result in a delay of the delivery of your order, as it will be sent by standard Registered Mail, through Canada Post. For shipping outside of the Kitchener-Waterloo area please allow between 5-10 additional business days for the delivery of your order. General Shipping charges for all orders are $10.00 CDN. Voila Salon and Spa reserves the right to make changes to this shipping policy and our shipping rates. All changes will be posted to view on www.voilasalon.com.
